Our Role and Your Purchase
Welcome to Tequila Bazaar. We partner with Accelpay, Inc. (“Accelpay”), a marketplace platform that enables you to purchase alcoholic beverages from a network of licensed, third-party retailers (“Licensed Retailers”).
When you place an order on the Tequila Bazaar site, you are making an offer to purchase products directly from a Licensed Retailer. The transaction is facilitated through the Accelpay platform, which handles the processing of your order and coordinates fulfillment with the Licensed Retailer. The Licensed Retailer is the seller of record.
Pricing, Orders, and Acceptance
All prices displayed on the site are set by the Licensed Retailers within the Accelpay network. A Licensed Retailer may choose to accept or reject your offer to purchase for any reason, including lack of availability or the inability to verify your age. If your offer is declined for any reason, you will receive a full refund for any portion of your order that was not accepted.
Shipping Fees and Estimates
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase, shipping and handling fees are not included in the product price and will be added to your order total. Any shipping dates or arrival times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping and Delivery Restrictions
All products purchased on this site are fulfilled and shipped by the Licensed Retailer partners in the Accelpay network. Packages cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Orders addressed to these locations will be canceled and refunded.
While orders cannot be shipped directly to a carrier pickup location (such as a FedEx or UPS Store), you may be able to arrange for your package to be held for pickup after it has shipped by contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Adult Signature Requirement & Failed Delivery
All deliveries containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older with valid, government-issued identification. Packages will not be left unattended for any reason.
The shipping carrier will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If a delivery is unsuccessful after the final attempt, the package will be returned to the Licensed Retailer.

For a Refund: If you request a refund for a returned package, you will be refunded the product value, minus a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

For a Reshipment: If you request a reshipment, a $40 fee will be charged to cover the cost of the return and the new shipment.
Refunds for packages returned due to failed delivery attempts are at the discretion of the Licensed Retailer. Tequila Bazaar, Accelpay, and their retail partners are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided with your order.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title to, and ownership of, all products passes from the Licensed Retailer to you in the State of New York at the time of purchase. You, the purchaser, take all responsibility for the shipment of the products from New York to your home state. The risk of loss or damage for such products passes to you upon the Licensed Retailer's delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
