Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions We currently ship to all U.S. states except for the following: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, and Vermont.

Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders must be shipped to a valid street address.

Order Processing, Tracking & Delivery Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Standard delivery typically takes an additional 3-8 business days, depending on your location.

Weather-Related Shipping Holds To protect the integrity of our products, we may hold shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold. If your order is placed on a weather hold, we will notify you via email and ship it as soon as conditions are favorable.

Adult Signature Requirement All orders containing alcohol legally require an adult signature upon delivery. An adult 21 years of age or older, with valid government-issued identification, must be present to sign for the package. We strongly recommend shipping to a business address to ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Undeliverable Packages & Fees Our shipping carrier will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If a delivery is unsuccessful after the final attempt (due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or no adult available to sign), the package will be deemed “undeliverable” and returned to our store.

If an order is returned, a refund will be issued for the product value as invoiced, minus a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. If you request a reshipment of a returned order, you will be responsible for the full cost of the new shipping label.

Order Changes & Cancellations Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited after they are placed. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 845-456-7060 or emailing info@tequilabazaar.com. A request to cancel does not guarantee cancellation. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our policy for undeliverable packages if returned.

Legal Age & Title By placing an order, you are representing that you and the person to whom you are directing the delivery are at least 21 years of age. Title to, and ownership of, all products passes from the seller to the purchaser in the State of New York, and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of it from New York to their home state.
