Refund policy
General Policy Due to legal restrictions, orders containing alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you experience an issue with the quality or condition of your order, we are committed to making it right. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you encounter any of the following issues.
Damaged Items If your package appears to have been tampered with or damaged during transit, please refuse the shipment from the carrier and notify us immediately. If you discover damage after accepting delivery, please contact us straight away by emailing info@tequilabazaar.com or calling 845-456-7060. To resolve the issue, we require a photo of the damaged item(s) and the packaging. Do not discard any damaged products or packaging until instructed by our team. We will work to coordinate a reshipment within 3 business days.
Defective Items (Spoilage) We will accept returns for wines or spirits spoiled by cork taint or bacteria within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please keep the bottle, its contents, and the original cork or closure for our team to inspect. We cannot replace fully consumed or discarded bottles. Please note that wines five years or older are purchased at the buyer’s risk and are not eligible for return due to the natural aging process. Missing or Incorrect Items If an item is missing from your order or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@tequilabazaar.com or by calling 845-456-7060. Send us a photo of all the items you received, and the packaging material. If you received the wrong item, it must remain unopened to be eligible for an exchange.
